In-app diagnostics

Open Settings, then Privacy & Support, to create a local feedback draft with optional diagnostics and choose where to share it.

Common support topics

  • Manual renewal entry, editing, and deletion.
  • Receipt, screenshot, PDF, file, URL, camera scan, and Share Extension imports.
  • Local reminder permission, scheduling, and rescheduling.
  • Evidence, parsed-field confidence, price history, and low-confidence date review.
  • Pro Lifetime export to Renewly JSON and import into a clean install.
  • Pro Lifetime, Sync+ Annual, restore purchases, iCloud sync opt-in, and live guide updates.

Import help

If a receipt import looks wrong, open the queued import, review the parsed fields, and correct the renewal date or amount before saving.

Before reporting a bug

Check notification permission, use Restore Purchases if an entitlement is missing, confirm iCloud account status for Sync+, and note the source app for Share Extension issues.
